This is general information about the Wheatherstone community and its management, including
Board of Directors
The goals of the Wheatherstone Property Owners Association Board are the repair, maintenance, safety, fiduciary protection, financial protection, financial management, and overall betterment of Wheatherstone.
The decisions and actions by the Board members will be based on the fulfillment of these goals by following all laws and adhering to the rules declared in the Bylaws of the Wheatherstone Property Owners Association, the Declaration of Unit Ownership of the Wheatherstone Property Owners Association, and the rules and regulations of Mountain Park.

Board Meetings
The Wheatherstone Property Owners Association Board meets monthly. A location notice is posted before each meeting, which usually run from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. Homeowners and tenants are welcome to attend the meeting. If they have an issue to discuss, it is wise to let the Chair know ahead of time.
The Annual Meeting, where new Board members are elected and the budget is approved, is held in May, usually at the Mountain Park Clubhouse.
Five homeowners are elected to be on the Association Board, each for a two-year term. They advise and work with the Property Management Company.
